Hot tub was misleadingly out of service.

i was utterly horrified to find the hot tub out of service, which, by the way, i had specifically chosen this hotel for! plus, the so-called separate living area in the suite was a complete joke. also, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but apparently, that’s just too much to ask here.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use some privacy from the bar next door.

We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like the Heritage Village and the local theater. Breakfast was a highlight with delightful options, and the staff's friendliness made us feel welcome during our stay with my dad.

For dads, it would be great if the hot tub was operational.

I had a great stay, especially loved the clean room with a comfy jacuzzi tub and the delightful breakfast with homemade treats. Just wish they had clearer pet policies!
